WHAT does A SUMMER AT RICHARD LOOK LIKE?

The Richard Internship Program trains, educates, and mentors future construction industry professionals through real-world experience. Our goal is to develop emerging leaders with the knowledge and confidence to launch successful careers at Richard. Throughout the summer, interns explore career paths across departments to discover their passion within the construction industry. We're committed to immersing interns in our adventurous company culture, connecting them with lifelong mentors, and helping them find purpose in their future careers.

Evan leads training and development for every early-career professional at Richard. He designs programs that accelerate growth, deepen industry knowledge, and build the confidence needed to handle real responsibility. Evan ensures each intern receives the mentorship and direction to make their mark, transforming curiosity into capability and laying the groundwork for Richard's future leaders.
