LOVELL MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY
Richard delivered one of its largest self-performed renovations at the Lovell Federal Health Care Center, rebuilding an 8,500-square-foot mental health wing. Our crews executed the full framing package, installed all drywall, completed taping, and finished every wall and ceiling surface. Our team also handled the temporary enclosure systems required to control dust during the renovation, which kept infection control tight throughout the project without relying on outside subcontractors. By self-performing core scopes, we kept the schedule moving, and resolved field conditions immediately.
