The firm ranked No. 27 on the 2026 list, which ranks companies headquartered in the Chicagoland area based on five-year revenue growth, spotlighting those driving innovation and job creation. The private company has grown for 11 years, with significant growth every year. Richard’s workforce grew 117.8% percent in 2025, and companywide revenue grew 620.17% from 2019 to 2024.
