JUDGE FISHER APARTMENT STRUCTURAL STEEL
PURPOSE
Richard delivered comprehensive envelope, life‑safety, and mechanical system upgrades at Judge Fisher Apartments in Chicago to enhance occupant safety, regulatory compliance, and resident comfort. The work encompassed window repair and replacement, wet‑pipe sprinkler and fire‑alarm installations, HVAC and other mechanical system renewals, plumbing upgrades, electrical and communications improvements, fiber wrap structural reinforcement, structural concrete and steel repairs, masonry restoration, interior common‑area renovations, elevator refurbishment, and reroofing across the 156,780 sqft, 22‑story building. Construction was performed in phases using an exterior hoist and temporary facilities, with tenants remaining in place, following logistics plans, GPR scanning for existing conditions, hazardous materials abatement, and off‑hour restrictions to preserve resident safety and access.
