Purpose

Renovation of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems within an existing facility in Dayton, OH to support new electrical and telecommunications infrastructure. Richard completed site preparation and subsurface utility documentation, evaluated and upgraded HVAC systems, modified and insulated ductwork, integrated control systems, and installed new conduits, subpanels, and dedicated receptacles required for telecommunications rooms.

Project Challenges

All work was performed within an existing facility, requiring careful coordination of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes to align with existing conditions and infrastructure while preparing the building to support new electrical and telecommunications systems.

Project OUTCOME

The project was completed in November 2023, successfully preparing the facility to support new electrical and telecommunications infrastructure through coordinated upgrades to civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
