PURPOSE:

  • Prepare the existing facilities civil and structural systems to support new electrical and telecommunications infrastructure.

  • Modernize mechanical and electrical systems including; HVAC, ductwork, controls, conduits, and panels.

Richard completed the civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes within the existing facility to enable a new electrical and telecommunications infrastructure. Civil and structural work included site preparation, modifications, and red-line as‑built drawings of subsurface utilities. Mechanical scope evaluated existing HVAC systems, replaced outdated units, modified and insulated ductwork, and integrated advanced control systems with precise voltage and phase coordination. Electrical work installed conduits and raceways, new sub‑panels, and dedicated receptacles for telecommunications rooms.
